The name of the Data Element “GFE/GFP Provided Under This Action” does not match the latest FAR requirements for reporting. This data element identifies whether or not Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) or Government Furnished Property (GFP) was utilized on the contract action. The screen name of the Data Element “GFP/ GFP Provided Under this Action” will be changed to “GFP Provided Under This Action”. The values allowed in the drop down list will be updated as follows:

Current dropdown values are:
• Transaction does not use GFE/GFP
• Transaction uses GFE/GFP

FAR Case 2014-015 Consolidation of Contract Requirements Phase 1 1. The data element “Consolidated Contract” has a “Base and All Options Value” Dollar Threshold of $6M applied on it.

With the FAR Case 2014-015, the following changes will be effective starting on the Production deployment date of Service Pack 33 (2/3/2017):
• This Dollar Threshold condition no longer applies
• New values have been added to the Consolidated Contract data element:
Y = Yes - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or earlier than February 2, 2017
N = No - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or earlier than February 2, 2017
A – Consolidated Requirements - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or later than February 3, 2017
B – Consolidated Requirements with Written Determination - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or later than February 3, 2017
C- Consolidated Requirements Under FAR 7.107-1(b) Exception - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or later than February 3, 2017
D - Not Consolidated - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or later than February 3, 2017

2. The data element “Bundled Contract” has a “Base and All Options Value” Dollar Threshold of $6M applied on it.

With the FAR Case 2014-015 the following changes will be effective starting on the Production deployment date of Service Pack 33 (2/3/2017):

• New values have been added to the "Bundled Contract" data element:
A = Mission Critical - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or earlier than February 2, 2017
B = OMB Circular A-76 - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or earlier than February 2, 2017
C = Other - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or earlier than February 2, 2017
D = Not a Bundled Requirement - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or earlier than February 2, 2017
E = Bundled Requirements - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or later than February 3, 2017
F = Substantially Bundled Requirements - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or later than February 3, 2017
G = Bundled Requirements Under a FAR 7.107-1(b) Exception - This value can only be selected when the "Date Signed", on the action, is on or later than February 3, 2017
