Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) Version 1.5 Service Pack Requirements (SPR) Listing

SPR #Enhancement/ProblemSolutionImpact on Users and Integrators
IAEMOD-43147 "Contracting Office Agency ID" field allows more than 4 characters The FPDS application shall be corrected to limit entry in the “Contracting Office Agency ID” field to four (4) characters. Currently, when a user creates a new Award of Indefinite Delivery Vehicle through the Web Portal, a value with more than four (4) characters can be entered in this data field. The “Funding Office ID” field prevents entry of more than four (4) characters, and the “Contracting Office Agency ID” field should impose the same limit. Yes
IAEMOD-47553 Validation Rule 9N01 does not display error message on 'Validate' for Other Transaction Awards when no value is selected for "Consortia" The FPDS application shall be corrected so that Validation Rule 9N01 displays the message below on Other Transaction Agreements and Other Transaction Orders when the user clicks 'Validate,' and no value was selected for the "Consortia" data element.
  • 9N01: "Consortia" is required for Other Transactions.

Currently, Other Transaction Awards without a value selected for the “Consortia” data element can be successfully validated, but the expected error message displays when the user clicks ‘Approve.’

Yes
